System Analyst
|
|
Primary Role:
- Understanding (internal/external) clients requirements and proposing e-solution(s) to them. This may include assisting in pre-sales by providing technical expertise and conducting software demonstrations.
- System Analysis and Design to convert requirements into functional and design specifications.
- Supervising and/or Coding the necessary web application(s) in ASP.NET to deliver the functionality required under time pressure and to required quality standards. VB.NET, ADO.NET, OO concepts, MS SQL 2005 database programming including use of stored procedures, VS 2003, javascript, 3rd party web components will be used.
- Debugging and troubleshooting any issues related to the software.
- Delivering and Implementing the software for the client.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): SDLC, ASP.NET.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably senior executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability in programming skills, people management with supervisory skills and fast learner.
- Demonstrated ability to think "out-of-the-box" to propose solutions to client requirements and negotiate appropriate deliverables and time schedules under aggressive Go-Live dates.
- Able to supervise, code, test, debug and deliver quality code under time pressure and on schedule. This will involve work and time prioritization as multiple projects maybe ongoing simultaneously.
- Knowledge of best practices in database and web application design in the areas of multi-language, security considerations, asp-hosted and self-hosted model, performance optimization and multi-threading preferred.
- Experience with HR processes and/or HR Software preferred.

ASP.NET Programmer
|

Primary Role:
- To code, test, debug and deliver ASP.NET web applications. VB.NET, ADO.NET, OO concepts, MS SQL 2005 database programming including use of stored procedures, VS 2003, javascript, 3rd party web components will be used.
- Depending on expertise and experience, candidate may be involved in design and analysis work.
Secondary Role:
- Assist in helpdesk support relating to the web applications as well as office software.

ASSISTANT ANALYST (HR CONSULTING)

Working
in a dynamic, multicultural and entrepreneurial environment, you will assist
our consulting staff with projects relating to compensation, benefits and
other human resources related matters.
Your primary responsibilities will include data clarification and analysis,
computer and technical support, marketing and general assistance to
consultants.

Qualifications Needed:

A first class honours degree from an accredited university, preferably in
Computer Science, IT or related disciplines. Or
(2) A first class honours degree in Humanities or in Linguistics studies. Or

Computer Science.
Ability to speak and write both English and Mandarin fluently. Careful with
numbers, details and quantitative analysis. Advance Microsoft application
skills in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Fresh graduates or applicants

SENIOR COMPENSATION CONSULTANT

Lead in consulting projects independently and assist in
client development on a regional basis in Asia Pacific.
Employment Location:
Hong Kong and Singapore
Qualifications Needed:
Technically sound in compensation and benefits consulting
in some of these areas: job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, review and
design of salaries, benefits, short-term incentives (sales, profit sharing
and performance bonuses), long-term stock-based or cash plans, and design of
expatriate compensation policies.
- 7-8 years' consulting experience.
- Bachelor degree from accredited university.
- Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills.
- A passion for quality, consulting with clients, learning and developing
sales leads.
- Traveling within Asia is required.
- Speak, read and write English and Chinese.
Those who are less experienced will be considered for
Consultant position, while those who are more qualified can be considered for
higher level position.
